Private Quarters Review – Comfort Based Products MLM?

Private Quarters is a direct sales marketing MLM I found while researching MLM’s. Let us look at what they offer.

Private Quarters is a company started in 2004 by Wayne Selness and Jeff Stroud specializing in what they call “fine luxury hotel quality” comfort based products. Bed linens, bath robes, towels, bath and spa products, hair dryer holders, towel racks and even youth movement related products are just some featured on their website. The company based out of City of Industry CA. After the family business filed chapter 11 and closed all their stores, they needed to find a way to keep the tradition going.

The direct sales opportunity offered is that of a face-to-face method through house parties set up by the “comfort consultant” with incentives of 10% to 15% to the host on any sales over $200 dollars along with monthly incentives for hosting. The host can become a consultant with training. The consultant can sell retail with compensation at 40% or recruit a team of consultants to sell for them with 10% commission override on each. The company also has monthly bonuses and incentives such as trips. The consultants ranked in five levels, group leader, senior group leader, director, star director and senior star director and claim average monthly sales range from $1,642 up to $13,411.

The Private Quarters opportunity looks to be a good niche for the experienced direct sales marketer. I could not find any pricing of the products on the site that usually means they are high end. However, the beginner to marketing without the proper training, coaching and mentoring will not likely do very well.
