(Reuters) – Personal fairness business Carlyle Group Inc is in state-of-the-art talks to buy U.S. defense contractor ManTech Global Corp in a offer valuing it at about $4 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing men and women acquainted with the matter.
