Innisfree Motels mandates COVID vaccine for resort, cafe staff

Innisfree Motels — just one of the most significant employers on Pensacola Seaside — has introduced it will mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for its workers.

In an announcement Wednesday, the company stated all personnel will be required to receive their 1st shot by Sept. 15 and to be fully vaccinated a month later.

“Just after researching the data and talking to industry experts in the medical area and the small business industry, we feel like it was the ideal point for us to do to guard the integrity of the employees and our company,” Innisfree CEO and President Ted Ent explained to the Information Journal.

Innisfree is a person of the region’s biggest employers. According to FloridaWest data, the company is the eighth-largest employer with 750 personnel in the region and much more than 2,000 staff members throughout its other houses in the Gulf Coastline region.
