The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) yesterday announces programs for a House2 Suites by Hilton lodge in Santa Rosa Seashore, Florida. St. Joe intends to build the resort on its home around West Hewett Street just north of US Highway 98.

Plans get in touch with for the four-story lodge to characteristic 107 guest rooms like some just one-bed room suites. The facilities are planned to involve a pool, a fitness center and an outdoor lounge with a hearth pit. All Dwelling2 Suites by Hilton motels present company with free WiFi and complimentary breakfast. Upon their completion, these tasks will provide St. Joe’s resort portfolio to 1,170 rooms.

St. Joe intends to split ground on the planned House2 Suites by Hilton hotel afterwards in 2021 and anticipates a 2023 opening.
